- *Weekend Scheduler**
- We are currently seeking a **highly reliable, flexible Weekend Scheduler.** This position is great for someone who is a self-starter and pays close attention to detail.
- *Pay & Schedule**
- **$20-$22 per hour + ON CALL BONUS - $100 per night**
- **Part-Time Saturday & Sunday 7a-7p**
- Primarily **on-call**
- ****FULLY REMOTE POSITION****
- *Requirements**
- **Scheduling experience**
- Must have Level 1 Finger Clearance Card or be able to obtain one.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Knowledge of KanTime and homecare a plus
- Working knowledge with computers
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA rules & regulations.
- **Exceptional reliability is required** — this is a high-trust role where attendance is critical

- *Duties May Include:**
- Answer the telephone by the third ring, triage messages and handle efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in scheduling.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in charts for all correspondence involving patient care.
- Check messages regularly throughout the day.
- Conduct quality assurance audits, identify trends, and report findings to leadership
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the client experience and caregiver performance
- Partner with the team to keep clients safely on service and at home
- Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits
