We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Weekend On‑Call Coordinator to support our clients, their families, and our caregiving team. This role ensures smooth operations during off‑hours and plays a key part in maintaining exceptional care.

What You’ll Be Doing

Answer agency phone calls and monitor voicemail, email, and Text‑Em‑All messages

Respond promptly and professionally to clients, families, caregivers, and prospective clients

Document new client inquiries in the Intake Summary Form and notify the owner

Coordinate caregiver scheduling, including filling call‑offs and open shifts

Ensure all next‑day shifts are fully staffed by the end of each on‑call day

Report client, family, or employee concerns — as well as any incidents — to supervisory staff

Participate in a weekly client status call with office staff and nurses

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients, families, caregivers, and prospective clients

Detail‑oriented with excellent customer service abilities

Able to manage multiple tasks and meet time‑sensitive needs

Resident of the Washington, DC metro area

Availability for occasional weekday off‑hours support is a plus

This is a remote position.
