Job description
We run a fast-growing blog about modern relationships (LAT – Living Apart Together).
Our Facebook campaigns currently generate 800+ visitors per day, but the blog structure has not yet been optimized for engagement and conversions.
We are looking for a practical UX / Conversion specialist who can analyze the site and help improve the structure so visitors read more articles and engage more.
This is not a full redesign project.
The blog is already live and working.
We want someone who can quickly identify simple improvements with high impact.
Tasks
- Review current homepage structure
- Identify the best entry article (landing article)
- Suggest a simpler homepage layout
- Improve internal linking between articles
- Recommend placement of 2–3 subtle CTAs inside articles
- Suggest a simple email capture strategy
- Improve navigation so visitors read multiple articles
Current setup
Platform: WordPress
Traffic source:
- Facebook Ads (paid social)
- some organic social traffic
- Google Analytics 4 installed
Average traffic: 800+ visitors/day
Language note
The blog content is in Dutch.
However, Dutch language skills are NOT required.
We mainly need help with:
- page structure
- user flow
- engagement
- conversion logic
All communication with us can be done in English.
What we are NOT looking for
- agencies
- expensive consultants
- theoretical CRO reports
We want practical recommendations that can be implemented quickly.
Ideal candidate
- experience with CRO / UX for blogs or content websites
- understands traffic coming from Facebook or paid social
- able to give clear and practical advice
Project scope
Initial audit + improvement plan for:
- homepage
- 2–3 key articles
Estimated work: 10–20 hours
