About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Web Designer/Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and supporting modern, high-performing websites for various local and regional clients.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about both web design and development to grow their skills, especially in AI-enhanced web solutions. The ideal candidate will be involved in creating responsive, mobile-first websites using WordPress and various page builders, implementing SEO best practices, and assisting with the integration of AI tools such as chatbots and automation workflows. You will work remotely, primarily within the U.S., with the potential to transition into a full-time role as the company scales.

Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience with WordPress development
• Proficiency with page builders such as Oxygen or Elementor
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills
• Excellent communication skills and reliability
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Responsibilities
• Build and edit WordPress websites using Oxygen, Elementor, or similar page builders
• Implement responsive, mobile-first design solutions
• Assist with website updates, edits, and quality assurance testing
• Optimize web pages for SEO, including structuring headings and improving site speed
• Support the implementation of AI tools such as chatbots and automation workflows
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic website issues promptly
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met
• Stay updated on the latest web design trends and AI technologies
