- What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales organization
- Own pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and RFP execution
- Build and maintain relationships with key national accounts
- Align Sales, Marketing, and Operations for revenue growth
- Drive market intelligence using IQVIA/IMS data insights
- Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and commercial performance reporting
- Identify new business and portfolio expansion opportunities
- About You
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Strong background in pharmaceutical sales and commercial leadership
- Expertise in pricing strategy and contract analysis
- Experience working with wholesalers, GPOs, and retail channels
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
