Our client is a growing, fast-paced care organization dedicated to simplifying workforce operations through comprehensive HR support, payroll services, and workforce management solutions. They are seeking a hands-on leader to oversee internal HR operations, build scalable workflows, and champion positive employee experiences across their remote teams.Must have extensive experience with:
• UKG platforms (or similar HRIS, payroll, and workforce management technology)

Other core skills:
• Multi-State Compliance & Risk Management (Federal, state, and local labor laws)
• Employee Relations & Performance Management (Coaching, investigations, and accountability)
• HR Process Optimization (Building scalable workflows, SOPs, and lifecycle documentation)
• Training & Onboarding Development (Designing internal training and structured onboarding experiences)
