- Job Description:
- Lead and inspire the Franchise Performance Leads team to partner with owners and operators to drive mutual success.
- Drive financial performance including top-line sales, revenue management, brand contribution, and efficiency initiatives.
- Ensure guest service performance metrics are centered on portfolio health: cleanliness, working order, and customer service.
- Advance adherence to brand standards through execution of Hyatt’s accountability programs.
- Interface and coordinate with Brand Portfolio Leaders, Managed Field Operations, Americas Performance Hub, Finance, and Design and Construction departments to meet timelines and criteria.
- Oversee the screening approval process for new Franchise Operators.
- Support Training initiatives with a focus on training compliance to ensure brand protection.
- Involvement at a strategic level in all areas of Information Technology implementations current and ongoing in the brands.
- Oversee implementation of changes and updates to all areas in Food & Beverage.
- Collaborate with brand support on hotel openings and ongoing items and opportunities.
- Responsible for management of procurement vendors and new/existing contractors.
- Ensure fluent knowledge and implementation of Classics and Luxury Portfolio Standards and Operational Procedures.
- Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt’s core values.
- Requirements:
- Deep financial background with the ability to analyze and assess both portfolio and hotel -level data
- 5+ years of Full-Service Hotel General Manager and/or corporate leadership experience in the Hospitality Segment
- Prior experience with contract execution, project management, and facility planning required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management or Business preferred
- Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook
- Knowledge of AI Tools and Capabilities
- Instructional programs, SharePoint, Project Management
