</div><div>As the Part-Time Volunteer Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in bringing Junior Achievement’s mission to life. Your work helps ensure that students across K–12 classrooms have access to enthusiastic, well-prepared volunteers who can spark curiosity, build confidence, and share real‑world experiences.<br><br>
</div><div>In this role, you’ll recruit, welcome, and support volunteers for a variety of JA programs—including in‑classroom lessons, JA in a Day events, Experiential Learning Center (ELC) rotations, and student-focused activities. You’ll collaborate closely with the Senior Program Manager and Program Team while building strong relationships with community partners, educators, and corporate groups.<br><br>

<strong>What You’ll Do<br></strong><br>

<strong>Volunteer Recruitment & Outreach<br></strong><br>

<li>Connect with new volunteers for classroom programs, JA in a Day events, ELC rotations, and student activities.<br><br>
</li>
<li>Reach out to companies, civic groups, universities, and community organizations to grow our volunteer base.<br><br>
</li>
<li>Represent JA at community fairs, networking events, and corporate volunteer days.<br><br>
</li>
<li>Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective volunteers through targeted outreach.<br><br>
</li>

<strong>Relationship Building<br></strong><br>

<li>Strengthen relationships with current volunteers to encourage ongoing engagement.<br><br>

<li>Keep volunteers informed about upcoming opportunities, expectations, and preparation needs.<br><br>

<li>Support corporate partners by helping coordinate presentations, volunteer drives, and group trainings.<br><br>

<li>Guide volunteers through onboarding, training modules, and background check steps.<br><br>

<li>Match volunteers to opportunities based on their interests, availability, and experience.<br><br>

<li>Ensure volunteers feel confident, supported, and ready before stepping into a classroom or ELC.<br><br>

<strong>Program Coordination<br></strong><br>

<li>Partner with the Senior Program Manager to fill volunteer needs for scheduled programs.<br><br>

<li>Track volunteer commitments and confirmations to ensure accurate staffing.<br><br>

<li>Assist with day‑of support for large volunteer events such as JA in a Day or ELC rotations.<br><br>
