Role Summary

As a Virtual Service Consultant, you'll help clients navigate available travel options, coordinate important trip details, and provide support throughout the planning process.

No previous travel or hospitality experience is required. Training and ongoing guidance are provided.

Daily Responsibilities

Assist clients with reviewing travel opportunities based on their interests and objectives
Research available accommodations, transportation options, cruises, excursions, and vacation packages
Support reservation coordination using approved booking platforms and supplier systems
Provide accurate information regarding destinations, travel services, and available offers
Help manage itinerary details, confirmations, and travel documentation
Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Maintain organized digital records and client files
Monitor supplier announcements, travel updates, and promotional campaigns
Attend virtual training sessions and team development meetings
