  • *Key Responsibilities:**

As a Virtual Customer Service Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing regular client interfacing via phone, email, and other communication channels to ensure seamless customer support
  • Managing email communications, calendars, and tasks to drive efficiency and excellence
  • Developing, executing, and maintaining standard operating procedures, workflows, and processes to drive efficiency and excellence

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience working remotely (preferred)
  • Availability to work during business hours (Monday - Friday) with a minimum of 10 hours/week availability
  • Previous experience managing multiple clients, accounts, and projects (preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook) and common online programs/software used by small business owners
  • A Mac (preferred) or PC Computer with webcam, fast and reliable internet connection, and smartphone with email capabilities
