- Passion Home Health Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Clerical Support team member to assist with administrative and documentation tasks in a fully remote environment. This role supports daily operations by maintaining accurate records, organizing documentation, and ensuring smooth internal communication.Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and update internal systems
- Organize, maintain, and manage electronic files and records
- Prepare and format reports, forms, and correspondence
- Assist with scheduling coordination and follow-up communications
- Support onboarding paperwork and document tracking
- Respond to internal and external email inquiries professionally
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards
- Assist with general clerical and administrative projects as assigned
- Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred
- Previous clerical, administrative, or office support experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Reliable internet connection and secure home workspace

Compensation
