<li>Provide support in troubleshooting customer issues and escalating when necessary.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain a knowledge base for frequently asked questions.</li>
<li>Track and report on customer feedback to improve service processes.</li>
<li>Assist in administrative tasks as needed to support the team.</li>
