Vice President, Regional Sales Consultant (South Region)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President, Regional Sales Consultant to drive new asset growth and expand our presence across the South region - Florida-Texas.
This individual will play a critical role in developing and executing a strategic territory plan, focused on building and deepening relationships with RIAs, Family Offices, and Investment Consultants.
The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of business development, deep regional relationships, and a high level of fluency in fixed income strategies.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory strategy to drive asset growth across the South region (Florida through Texas) - with flexibility to cover only Texas or Florida
- Build, maintain, and expand relationships with RIAs, Family Offices, and Investment Consultants
- Effectively articulate the firm’s active, research-driven fixed income philosophy and risk management approach
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while strengthening existing client relationships
- Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored investment solutions to clients
- Qualifications:
- 7+ years of business development experience within asset management or financial services
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks within the region
- Established private wealth network with demonstrated success in cultivating new relationships
- Strong knowledge of separately managed accounts (SMAs), ETFs, and other investment structures
- Deep understanding of fixed income markets and strategies
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required
