This position offers competitive compensation. Compensation varies based on skill and experience. This position is also eligible for competitive benefits and travel reimbursement. The annual salary for this position starts ranges from $150,000 to $190,000 but is based on experience.
Essential FunctionsMarketing Leadership
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness, support sales objectives, and drive sustainable growthLead all advertising, promotional, and communication initiatives across digital and traditional channelsAnalyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decision-makingIdentify new market segments, product opportunities, and customer acquisition strategiesEnsure consistent, high-quality brand messaging across all platformsStay at the forefront of emerging marketing technologies, tools, and best practices
Business Growth & Strategic Planning
Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to define long-term growth strategies and organizational prioritiesIdentify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiativesOversee development of proposals, presentations, and materials that support sales and growth effortsRepresent the organization at industry events, conferences, and strategic meetings
Operational & Financial Oversight
Forecast, develop, and manage marketing budgets with a focus on ROI and performanceEstablish KPIs, reporting processes, and dashboards to measure marketing effectiveness and business impactEnsure efficient departmental operations and optimal allocation of resources
Leadership & Talent Development
Recruit, mentor, and lead high‑performing marketing and sales teamsOversee daily departmental workflows and ensure accountability for resultsProvide timely, constructive feedback and support professional growthFoster a collaborative, innovative, and results‑driven culture
Executive Partnership
Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on market conditions, customer needs, and competitive positioningPerform other related duties as assigned by executive leadership
What We're Looking ForExperience & Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related field (Master’s degree strongly preferred)Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, sales, or strategic planningPrior experience in a similar or same service industry requiredDemonstrated success leading revenue‑generating teams and developing growth strategies
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsDeep understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscapesExpertise in marketing strategy, customer acquisition, and sales enablementStrong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving abilitiesProven leadership capability with the ability to inspire cross‑functional teamsExcellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailProficiency with Microsoft Office and modern CRM and marketing platforms
Preferred: Experience with Service Titan and HubSpot for marketing automation, sales enablement, reporting, and operational efficiency.
