Value Engineer – Ads & Promos

    Job Description:
  • Assisting sales reps in handling any technical or product questions and blockers in the sales cycle
  • Joining sales calls with merchants to understand their business and technology stack
  • Creating and communicating solutions that align merchants' needs and goals to our marketing offering
  • Driving sales by assisting in qualifying and closing deals from a technical standpoint, collaborating with sales and development partners
  • Becoming a subject matter expert on the DoorDash Advertising product suite, including campaign performance and upsell opportunities
  • Creating and delivering customized performance reviews, product demos, and proof of concepts
  • Influencing the product roadmap by aggregating merchant feedback calls
    Requirements:
  • 2 years of sales engineering, sales consultant, value engineer, pre-sales solution consulting, or related roles experience
  • Experience writing SQL queries involving one or more joins for data retrieval and analysis
  • Previous experience with Ad-Tech, Advertising Products or Models including campaign metrics; value analyses and financial metrics (e.g., CPA, incremental sales lift, lifetime value uplift, return on ad spend) for different ad products/features
