2. Role Overview

This role partners closely with leadership and product teams to drive user acquisition as a key lever of product growth.

The focus is on strategic advisory, performance optimization, and capability building — helping shape how UA is approached, executed, and scaled across our products.

You will be expected to operate with a high level of autonomy and influence, contributing directly to growth strategy and investment decisions.

We are at a stage where user acquisition has strong growth potential, but requires more structured strategy, deeper experimentation, and clearer scaling direction.

This role is critical in helping us:

  • Unlock scalable and efficient growth channels

  • Improve marketing efficiency and budget allocation

  • Build a strong UA foundation for long-term scaling

4. Expected Impact

  • Identify and unlock high-performing acquisition channels and growth opportunities

  • Improve key performance metrics (CPI, ROAS, CAC, LTV/CAC)

  • Establish structured testing and scaling frameworks for UA campaigns

  • Build internal capability in UA strategy, execution, and performance analysis

5. Key Responsibilities

  • Shape and lead user acquisition strategy across mobile games (paid channels, creatives, targeting, scaling)

  • Analyze campaign performance and identify high-impact growth opportunities

  • Guide budget allocation and scaling decisions across channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)

  • Advise on creative strategy, testing frameworks, and iteration processes

  • Drive optimization of core metrics (CPI, ROAS, retention, LTV/CAC)

  • Establish UA frameworks, playbooks, and best practices

  • Mentor and elevate internal teams (UA, Product, Creative)

  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on growth and marketing investment

6. Requirements

  • Proven expertise in mobile game/app user acquisition (performance marketing)

  • Strong track record of scaling campaigns with measurable ROI

  • Deep hands-on experience with major UA platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.)

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven optimization

  • Solid understanding of creative testing, audience targeting, and scaling strategies

  • Experience in mentoring, coaching, or building internal UA capabilities

  • Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels when needed

  • Comfortable working in a high-autonomy, high-impact advisory role

  • Currently based in Vietnam
