Fully Remote
Part-time (15-20h/week) or Full-time (40h/week)
Minimum 3-month internship (preferably 5–6 months)
Unpaid internship

What You’ll Be Doing …
This is more than an internship, you’ll be a real part of the team. You’ll work closely with the admin and recruitment team on a variety of tasks like:
Updating Excel sheets and internal databases

Supporting admin processes and business development

Helping improve workflows and internal tools

Assisting in client negotiations and team communication

Community-building on Facebook for candidates

Screening candidates

Support our recruiters

Answering emails via our shared inbox

Updating internal documents, PDFs, and onboarding materials

Requirements ...
Fluent in English (B2+) and one other EU language

Skilled with Google Workspace & Microsoft Office

Active on social media privately
