About the role
As a Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in turning these visions into reality—leading installations from concept through to completion and ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality, safety and client satisfaction.
This is a dynamic, fast-moving role where you’ll take ownership of multiple projects at once, working with expert teams and trusted subcontractors. You’ll combine strong organisation, technical insight and attention to detail to ensure projects run smoothly, solving challenges, keeping things on track and delivering results you can be proud of.
What you’ll be doing
Owning the end-to-end delivery of exciting outdoor installation projects

Coordinating subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely and to the highest standards

Leading project kick-offs and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Keeping projects on schedule by monitoring progress and resolving issues quickly

Visiting sites to ensure quality, safety and timelines are consistently achieved

Managing project documentation, including RAMS and progress updates

Ensuring materials, resources and timelines are aligned for efficient delivery

Bringing projects to a successful close, including final sign-off and snag resolution

And much more—always with support, structure, and clear guidelines in place.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Take pride in delivering high-quality, accurate work — you care about the detail and consistently get things right first time
Enjoy working in a structured environment — clear processes and standards help you perform at your best
Stay focused in a fast-paced setting — you can juggle multiple priorities without losing control or quality
Love solving practical, technical challenges — you use logic and expertise to keep projects moving forward
Take ownership and make confident decisions — you act with urgency and accountability to deliver results
