As a Trust and Safety Specialist, you will play an integral part in keeping our platform and users safe. The primary responsibility of this role is to address and resolve content-related escalations efficiently, ensuring adherence to our platform's guidelines and policies. The role involves meticulous review and removal of violating media, as well as collaboration with various teams to maintain a safe and compliant online environment. Key Responsibilities: Content Moderation & Escalations:Address content escalations, ranging from minor violations to more serious infractions. Enforce platform guidelines by removing policy-violating content and ensuring Terms of Service (ToS) compliance. Process warning and logging procedures for policy violations.
AI Escalations:Evaluate AI-flagged content to determine if removal is necessary.
Conduct full account investigations for serious Terms of Service (ToS) violations, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.
Compliance & User Safety:Address urgent compliance-related emails, including verification requests and time-sensitive issues.
Verify documentation and other compliance-related inquiries while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
Respond to general compliance emails related to Terms of Service (ToS).
Investigate user reports and take appropriate action based on platform policies.
