Conduct regular analysis of user behavior and content to identify potential risks and violations of trust and safety policies.
Develop and implement strategies to address and prevent potential trust and safety issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, content moderation, and customer service, to ensure effective and timely resolution of trust and safety concerns.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to trust and safety to continually improve processes and procedures.
Investigate and respond to user reports of inappropriate or harmful content, taking appropriate action as needed.
Monitor and enforce compliance with trust and safety policies throughout all aspects of the organization, including employees, contractors, and third-party partners.
Conduct regular trainings and workshops to educate employees and promote a culture of trust and safety.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and organizations to stay informed of emerging issues and collaborate on solutions.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding trust and safety policies, procedures, and updates.
Monitor and analyze metrics related to trust and safety, providing regular reports to leadership and making recommendations for improvement.
Conduct regular audits of internal systems and processes to ensure compliance with trust and safety policies and regulations.
Act as a point of contact for any trust and safety-related inquiries or concerns from employees, viewers, or external partners.
Continuously assess and improve upon trust and safety protocols and procedures to ensure the highest level of protection for our brand and stakeholders.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information related to trust and safety matters.
