Role Overview
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dependable individuals to join our remote team as Travel Industry Associates. This opportunity is ideal for those interested in learning the travel business while helping clients organize memorable vacations and leisure experiences.

As a Travel Industry Associate, you'll assist with trip coordination, reservation support, destination research, and client communication. You'll work with travelers interested in a variety of experiences, including cruises, resort vacations, guided tours, and international getaways.

No previous travel experience is required. Training, educational resources, and ongoing support are available to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with exploring travel opportunities that fit their interests and schedules
Help coordinate accommodations, transportation, cruises, vacation packages, and activities
Research destinations and available travel products using approved industry platforms
Share helpful information regarding travel options, promotions, and supplier offerings
Support reservation processing and booking confirmations
Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Maintain accurate records of travel plans and customer interactions
Monitor travel industry updates and supplier announcements
Participate in virtual training sessions and skill-building programs
