Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through developing and implementing strategic plans.

Duties:

  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships with customers in need of truck transportation services - refrigerated, dry or hazmat freight
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue goals
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
  • Utilize CRM software to track interactions and progress
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for business growth

Experience:

  • Proven experience in business development and sales in Refrigerated and Dry Hazmat freight;
  • Strong knowledge of strategic planning and market analysis
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Pay: $130,000.00 per year
