Position Overview:

The Transaction Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing real estate transactions after a property goes under contract. This role ensures contracts, title, attorneys, sellers, buyers, and lenders stay on track for timely and smooth closings.

Responsibilities:

Manage transaction files from executed contract to closing

Open title and coordinate with title companies and attorneys

Track contingencies, deadlines, and closing dates

Communicate with sellers

Coordinate documents, disclosures, addenda, and assignments

Assist with managing fix-and-flip projects from acquisition through resale

Requirements:

Prior real estate transaction coordination experience preferred

Familiarity with title, escrow, payoffs, and closing timelines

Strong organizational and communication skills

Comfortable following up persistently and professionally

Detail-oriented and deadline-driven

Compensation:

$36,000-48,000 per year – 1099 Independent Contractor

Paid additionally $300 per transaction closed
