Trade Desk Expert for Strategy and Execution - Senior Level, Agency Experience
Posted 2026-05-06Looking for a freelancer with experience working with agency clients and/or complex accounts utilizing The Trade Desk ad platform. Need someone with demonstrated experience who can help lead the strategy and execution of campaigns within the platform – focus on building out a strong strategy, then implementing and actively managing campaigns – for external client(s).
It would be an expectation that this freelancer be available for video calls with the client(s) as needed, as well as scheduled weekly team calls to explore performance, optimization, and next steps. Senior-level, client-facing, agency experience would be key for this role.
We would prioritize anyone who would also be capable of assisting in up-skilling our existing internal team (over time) to help our team better understand and utilize the program to be more self-sufficeint over the longer-term.
Selected freelancer MUST have agency experience and should have 20+ hours/week available (more if needs/workload increases).
Key responsibilities include being the primary point of contact for clients, participating in client and internal meetings, discussing digital marketing strategies, and maintaining strong relationships. Familiarity with agency-level project management (e.g. ClickUp) and communication platforms (e.g. Slack) is a plus, along with extensive hands-on experience with The Trade Desk platform.
Selected candidate will work with the client and existing stakeholders to determine hours and demands for the project on a weekly/monthly basis.
Estimated commitment: 15-20+ hours/week for ±3 months
