Territory Account Manager - GTA

We are looking for: 

  • A Territory Accounts
    Representative to join the TOMCO
    Group of Companies
    who is self-motivated, results-orientated
    individual with high energy, a professional approach, and a strong
    combination of prospecting and strategic sales skills to target and pursue
    new and existing accounts proactively.

  • Major focus of
    this role will be developing NEW BUSINESS and maximizing opportunities
    with existing accounts in the territory.

  • Remote position,
    preferably based in the greater Toronto area, travel throughout Ontario
    required. 

  • Industrial
    Equipment Sales experience preferred.

  • Salaried
    position, bonus provisions, vehicle, laptop, cell phone, expense &
    fuel cards.

  • Travel 75% of
    the time, and after hours required.

  • Training for
    first month in London, Ontario.  One
    week per month in London thereafter. 

  • Six-month
    probationary period.

  • Bilingual in
    French is an asset.

  • A proactive mentality with
    confidence to prospect face to face and cold calling.

  • Commitment to sales excellence,
    cold calling skills and new business generation skills.

  • Ability to effectively influence
    & negotiate.

  • Assured account management and
    public speaker.

  • Organized, independent, self-motivated
    with strong ability to prioritize.

  • Ability to work independently and
    manage time and territory effectively.

  • Commit to being a TEAM PLAYER
    within the Tomco Group of Companies

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
    365 and CRM software.
