- Job Description:
- support the Platinum Underwriting Team Lead in a project to build out the automated underwriting system
- Work directly with the Team Lead to assist for various tasks within the project
- Upload documents into the automated underwriting system, retrieve decision results, and provide all essential findings to the Team Lead
- Possesses the ability to work directly with multiple DE Underwriters, Underwriting Team Lead and Underwriting Manager
- Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional business environment
- Demonstrate to be a self-starter with solid time management skills and has worked in a team environment previously
- Above average oral and written communication skills, solid customer service, analytical skills, and an effective problem solver
- Working knowledge of PC applications (Word, Excel, MS Outlook)
- Receptive to direction/guidance and has the ability to maintain an organized approach to tasks
- Preferred Qualifications: Mortgage industry, operations and/or office experience
- Previous experience with reverse mortgage program guidelines
- Knowledge of various systems (Reverse Vision, Quantum Reverse, ICE)
- Previous experience with automated decision tools used in Mortgage Banking
