As a Temporary Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our team's efforts. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting, coding, inputting, and retrieving information using data entry functions
  • Entering data from keying worksheets into Excel spreadsheets in preparation for transferring lock information into UTWorks Key module Program
  • Evaluating and verifying notes and reports for correctness and accuracy before entering information into Excel spreadsheets
  • Maintaining confidential records and files, ensuring security and confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Confering with other department personnel as needed on data entry matters and representing Lock & Key Services on special projects
  • Composing routine correspondence and performing related duties as required

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school graduation or GED
  • Three years of experience in an office environment
  • Two years of above-average experience with data entry with a high degree of accuracy
  • Two years of intermediate experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Excellent telephone and email etiquette
  • Current Class "C" Texas Operator Driver License required

  • Associate's degree or higher in business administration or similar
  • More than three years of broad-based experience in an office environment
  • Two or more years of above-average experience with data entry with a high degree of accuracy
  • More than two years of experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Experience with direct customer service
