We're seeking a Temporary Customer Service Representative to join our Laboratory Billing Services Department on a temporary full-time basis for approximately 3-4 months. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and members through effective communication, education, and resolution of telephone inquiries.

  • Handle incoming calls to address issues related to member eligibility, plan prescription benefits, and claim payment issues or patient services needs

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • Two years of Customer Service experience, preferably in a hospital or physician's office setting, specifically Laboratory
  • Experience registering patients preferred
  • High Volume call center experience preferred
  • Epic EMR experience preferred
  • Data entry skills

  • Experience working in a medical insurance setting
