About the Role
As a Customer Care Resolution Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of our customer service operations. This is a provisional assignment lasting up to 90 days that could be extended depending on your performance and the requirements of the business. You'll handle a high volume of incoming communications via phone, chat, and email, serving customers, stores, and associates while navigating multiple systems to provide accurate information and resolve issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle High Volume Communications: Process incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates with professionalism and efficiency
- Problem Resolution: Navigate multiple systems and resources to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide satisfactory resolutions to customer inquiries
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure every interaction leaves the customer feeling valued, heard, and satisfied with their experience
- System Navigation: Utilize various software platforms and databases to access customer information and provide accurate responses
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system

What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
- Previous customer service experience
- Successful completion of mandatory training program
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet

Preferred Qualifications
- Six months or more of experience in a contact center or retail environment
- Six months or more of experience with computer processing and data entry software
- Previous experience in a remote work environment

Work Environment and Schedule
Location: Work from Home in Approved States

Hours: We provide 24/7 customer care with a variety of shift opportunities. Our operation runs around the clock, meaning we have shifts available to accommodate various schedules. You must be willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends, as our customers need us whenever they need us—whether that's Monday morning or Sunday night.

Compensation and Benefits
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
