Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join at a senior professional level, capable of independently managing large-scale, cross-functional technical initiatives with minimal guidance. This role offers high visibility, strategic impact, and direct influence on product delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities and Duties

Define and maintain program objectives, KPIs, and delivery milestones across multiple projects

Plan, prioritize, and manage execution of cross-functional initiatives aligned with business goals

Coordinate engineering, product, operations teams, as well as Contract Manufacturers (CMs) and external vendors to ensure timely hardware delivery

Develop and maintain program documentation, roadmaps, and status reports

Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and delivery bottlenecks throughout the hardware lifecycle, from prototype to production

Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and collaboration

Serve as the primary point of contact for program updates and communications

Monitor program health using structured reporting and metrics

Facilitate decision-making on scope, timelines, and resource allocation aligned with the hardware New Product Introduction (NPI) phases

Qualifications and Skills

Understanding the hardware New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle for hardware products

Proven track record for taking a hardware prototype to production

Direct experience collaborating with Contract Manufacturers (CMs), external vendors, distributed engineering teams to ensure hardware delivery on time

Demonstrated success in cross-functional program execution across multiple teams and disciplines

Expertise in resource negotiation, ensuring optimal allocation for program success

Strong capability in risk and dependency management to maintain delivery predictability

Track record of KPI-driven delivery, using measurable goals to guide progress and outcomes

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly

Ability to influence without direct authority, building alignment across diverse stakeholders

Strong consensus-building skills to drive agreement in multi-team environments

Proven ability to resolve conflicts in high-pressure situations while maintaining focus on objectives

Advanced English proficiency, spoken and written

Nice to have

Experience in process simplification and efficiency optimization to enhance delivery performance

Skilled in leadership-level presentations, effectively communicating program status and recommendations

Proficiency in metrics-based decision-making to guide strategic choices

Experience in mentorship to develop team capabilities and support professional growth

Expertise in meeting facilitation to ensure productive and outcome-focused discussions

Strong strategic problem-solving skills, particularly in ambiguous or rapidly changing contexts
