About the Role
Limit Break is looking for a Technical Director, Games to lead our Unity
engineering function across a globally distributed team.
In this role, you will own the execution, performance, and evolution of Unity-
based development across our mobile-first, live service games. You will work
closely with Art, Product, Design, QA and Platform teams to ensure our Unity
engineers deliver high-quality, scalable, and performant game experiences.
As a hands-on leader, you will focus on team execution, engineering excellence,
and scalable development practices—ensuring our global teams are aligned,
efficient, and empowered to move quickly. You will play a critical role in
connecting global teams, standardizing workflows, and driving consistency
across Unity development.
