<strong>Position Summary<br><br></strong>The Crew Person is responsible and accountable for performing specific tasks and duties, as assigned, within the restaurant. This role provides each guest with a positive experience, prepares quality food products according to standards, and keeps restaurant clean, pleasant and safe for all guests and employees.<br><br><strong>Essential Functions<br><br></strong>May perform any or all of the following duties:<br><br>▪ Follows all Company Guest service guidelines and procedures; takes the appropriate action to ensure all Guests receive “SUPERSTAR Service”<br><br>▪ Works assigned station(s) accurately and productively; cleans and stocks the station area(s); performs other cleaning duties as assigned<br><br>▪ Ensures that all Guests receive hot, quality products; prepares, packages and delivers all products according to Menu Standards<br><br>▪ Handles all food products according to company procedures; follows all company food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements, to ensure the health and safety of Guests and employees<br><br>▪ Follows all company cash control guidelines to maintain and minimize restaurant costs; properly uses all products, supplies, equipment and facilities.<br><br>▪ Demonstrates oral communication skills; communicates effectively with various contacts (internal and external)<br><br>▪ Performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned in response to changing business conditions and/or requirements<br><br><strong>Position Qualifications/Core Competencies<br><br></strong>▪ Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable<br><br>▪ Must be a minimum of 16 years of age<br><br>▪ Must have reliable transportation to work<br><br>▪ Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.<br><br>WORK ENVIRONMENT<br><br>▪ Fast paced environment working with kitchen equipment in tight quarters<br><br>PHYSICAL DEMANDS<br><br>▪ Stand for long periods of time<br><br>▪ Bend and stoop<br><br>▪ Work around heat<br><br>▪ Able to lift 50 – 75 lbs. comfortably<br><br>▪ Work with various cleaning products
