About GAINS

GAINS is on a mission to make supply chains smarter, faster, and self-improving, powered by AI. Our Decision Engineering & Orchestration (DEO) platform doesn't just support decisions, it drives them by aligning strategy, planning, and execution across every level of the supply chain. We serve inventory-intensive industries where the stakes are high and the complexity is real, helping customers move from reactive, spreadsheet-driven planning to continuously learning, AI-led operations that deliver measurable results fast. At GAINS, we call it Moving Forward Faster, and it's not a tagline, it's how we're redefining what's possible in supply chain decision-making.About the Role

GAINS is looking for a contract Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruiting across multiple concurrent requisitions during an active growth period. You will manage the full lifecycle from sourcing and outreach through phone screens, hiring manager coordination, offer support, and close, while keeping ATS data clean and pipeline reporting current. Beyond core recruiting, you will also contribute to building AI-powered workflows that improve how the function operates. This role reports to the Head of People & Talent and is built for someone who can run a full-cycle search independently from day one. What You'll Do

Own the full recruiting lifecycle across multiple active requisitions simultaneously, from intake through offer acceptance
Conduct sourcing and outreach via LinkedIn Recruiter searches and InMail outreach sequencing to build qualified pipelines for both technical and non-technical roles
Screen candidates via phone and video interviews, assessing role fit and culture alignment before advancing to hiring manager review
Coordinate interview scheduling across all active roles, managing candidate communications and interviewer calendars with accuracy and a strong candidate experience in mind
Partner directly with hiring managers to align on role requirements, calibrate on candidate feedback, and maintain search momentum
Maintain and update the ATS to ensure data integrity across all active and closed roles, including candidate stages, disposition codes, and recruiter notes
Own recruiting metrics management, including tracking time-to-fill, pipeline conversion rates, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates across all active roles
Build and maintain recruiting dashboards using available tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, or BI platforms) to surface TA performance data for regular reporting to leadership
Draft and send candidate-facing communications including application confirmations, scheduling requests, status updates, and rejection notices
Identify repetitive, manual workflows within the TA function and contribute to designing AI-powered agents or automation scripts to reduce time spent on low-value tasks
Support the creation and iteration of AI agents for use cases such as job description drafting, candidate outreach sequencing, intake form processing, and interview prep material generation
Maintain and organize recruiting documentation including job descriptions, offer letter templates, interview guides, and process SOPs
Other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For

Must Have
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a SaaS, enterprise software, or technology company
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously across a mix of technical and business roles without sacrificing candidate experience or quality
Hands-on experience conducting phone and video screens with the ability to assess functional fit and communication skills independently
Proficiency with an ATS and a disciplined approach to data hygiene and pipeline management
Strong sourcing skills including LinkedIn Recruiter searches and outreach sequencing, with experience building passive candidate pipelines
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills for both candidate-facing interactions and internal hiring manager partnership
Comfort working autonomously in a lean team environment where initiative and proactive communication are expected
Nice to Have
Experience building or contributing to recruiting dashboards or structured TA reporting in Excel, PowerPoint, or a BI platform
Hands-on use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) in a professional recruiting context, including prompt development or automation workflows
Experience supporting a solo or small HR team where cross-functional range was required
What You'll Gain

Full ownership of an active recruiting pipeline with direct impact on the composition and growth of the GAINS team
Hands-on experience building AI-powered recruiting workflows at a company where automation is genuinely welcomed and resourced
A collaborative working relationship with an experienced HR leader in a low-bureaucracy environment where your judgment and initiative will be trusted
