How you'll Contribute:
As the Talent Acquisition Manager for Nursing & Nursing Support, you'll lead a team of ~20 recruiters within a Shared Services model to deliver strategic, high-impact recruitment solutions. You'll shape and execute innovative hiring strategies, drive operational excellence, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience from engagement, application, through onboarding.
- Responsibilities:
- Inclusive Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters, fostering trust, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Strategic Mindset and Change Leadership: Develop and implement data-driven recruitment strategies that align with workforce planning goals across nursing and nursing support roles. Ability to influence client groups to ensure strong recruitment best practices.
- Results Driven and Analytical Mindset: Use recruitment data and KPIs to identify trends, progress, and optimize team performance.
- Communication: Support recruiter communications to ensure alignment, professionalism, and consistency.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all hiring practices adhere to legal, regulatory, and internal policy standards.

- What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, preferably within healthcare or a similarly high-volume, regulated industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and scale high-performing recruitment teams in a Shared Services or matrixed environment.
- Hands-on proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Sourcing platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to interpret recruitment analytics, metrics, and market data to inform strategy and continuously improve team performance.
