We are looking for a Marketing Talent Acquisition Lead to build and lead recruitment efforts focused on hiring top marketing talent. This role will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, leading a dedicated hiring team, and ensuring the successful attraction and hiring of high-performing marketing professionals.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a recruitment team focused on hiring for marketing roles across multiple functions

Own and improve the end-to-end hiring process for marketing positions (pipeline strategy, sourcing effectiveness, hiring quality)

Partner closely with Marketing leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning

Ensure high quality of hire aligned with business and marketing performance goals

Mentor, coach, and support recruiters specializing in marketing talent acquisition

Build scalable sourcing strategies for key marketing roles (Performance Marketing, Growth, Brand, Content, CRM, Analytics, etc.)

Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring funnels based on data insights

Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives targeting marketing professionals

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners within the Marketing and Fintech industries

Requirements

5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including hiring for marketing roles

2+ years of experience managing or leading a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment

Strong expertise in sourcing and hiring marketing specialists (Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Content, etc.)

Hands-on approach with strong ownership mindset

Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills

Client-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management skills

Data-driven approach to recruitment decisions

Self-starter with high motivation and adaptability

Ability to work in ambiguity and manage changing priorities

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on continuous improvement

English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
