Talent Acquisition Consultant (Temporary)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Compensation: $70,000-85,000/annually
Consultation
- Develops professional network including recruiters, agencies, professional organizations, and schools to help identify and source qualified candidates.
- Supports hiring and alumni recruiting events to increase applicant flow and to develop additional sources of qualified candidates.
- Communicates effectively with candidates, managers, and other internal stakeholders to facilitate a quality candidate experience.
- Determines ideal sources to recruit talent to meet the hiring needs.
Recruitment and Selection
- Possesses industry knowledge to recruit and select top talent.
- Builds and maintains pipelines of qualified candidates to deliver against immediate priorities, and future needs.
- Assesses candidates' experience to understand their skills, knowledge, and attributes as predictors of job success.
- Identifies creative sourcing techniques to recruit passive candidates.
Quality Assurance
- Ensures data integrity in applicant tracking system to facilitate quality reporting.
- Ensures compliance to employment process.
- Ensures accuracy of postings and new hire forms.
Performance Outcomes
- Demonstrates accountability for meeting individual and team performance metrics.
- Participates in professional development activities to continuously improve.
- Identifies and shares best practices with colleagues.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Education/Experience: Education and/or Experience Associate's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or other related discipline required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Minimum of three years of high volume recruitment or sales experience.
Language Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to build relationships and influence hiring decisions.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have experience with Microsoft Office Suite and be proficient knowledge of applicant tracking systems, social networking sites, and job boards.
