Talent Acquisition Business Partner
Posted 2026-05-06MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team. This is a remote position.
In this role, you will interface with business and technical thought leaders and program managers to deliver qualified talent that will focus on solutions supporting Intel’s strategic priorities. You will work with hiring managers to understand recruiting needs and drive strategic sourcing and recruitment of technical and analytical professionals. In addition, you will support strategic business development opportunities by identifying key personnel and providing input into developing tailored talent acquisition strategies.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Partner with hiring managers and act as a business partner/strategic advisor.
Research and employ new sourcing techniques.
Develop sourcing strategies and utilize traditional and non-traditional resources to identify qualified candidates.
Identify and screen potential candidates and assess their fit for current and future needs.
Negotiate and extend offers.
Ensure that the applicant tracking system is maintained and completed; applicants are contacted, screened, interviewed and dispositioned appropriately in accordance with OFCCP guidelines.
Manage a pipeline of passive talent in a way that promotes relationship building.
Participate in job fairs and/or other networking events.
Utilize data and metrics to continuously improve our sourcing strategy and approach and to analyze impact.
Report weekly activity.
Other duties as assigned.
