Ford Motor Company is transforming the future for customers and communities. They are seeking a Systems Analyst to manage the interface between the supply base and various supply chain systems, ensuring adherence to processes and schedules.


Responsibilities

  • The Releasing Analyst is responsible for managing the interface between our supply base and the various Parts Supply and Logistics (PS&L)/Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems (SAP/SNC, MMP, SDS, Super-G), ensuring our suppliers adhere to our established processes and ship to the schedules provided
  • Hold reoccurring meetings with high VOR/backorder/behind schedule/poor performing suppliers to obtain promise ship dates at the part level and drive overall supplier improvement and development
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement through data analysis
  • Escalate supplier issues cross-functionally (e.g. Production/Service Purchasing, Product Analysis, Quality, Engineering, Material Planning & Logistics, etc.)
  • Support Sales & Marketing, CX (Customer Experience) initiatives, and other FCSD Transformation projects while working with Ford/Lincoln dealers, as required

Skills

  • BA/BS Degree Required
  • Experience working in supply chain with materials and parts
  • Knowledge of PS&L systems preferred, primarily SAP SCM
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work with large cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to multi-task, strong problem-solving, conflict management skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal, team building, and communication skills
  • Degree in Supply Chain Degree Preferred
