Substitute Virtual Fitness Instructor (Live Online)

Physique Fitness is seeking reliable Substitute Virtual Fitness Instructors to lead live online classes. This role is strictly for live instruction (not pre-recorded content) and requires instructors who can step in and deliver a professional, high-quality class experience.

We are currently building our virtual instructor pool as we expand our online offerings. This is an on-call substitute position with opportunities to cover scheduled classes as needed.

Responsibilities
• Lead live virtual fitness classes via Zoom (or similar platform)
• Step in for scheduled classes when coverage is needed
• Deliver safe, structured, and engaging workouts
• Provide clear cueing, modifications, and pacing
• Log in early to test audio/video and ensure readiness
• Maintain a strong, professional on-camera presence

Class Formats
• Strength & Conditioning
• Cardio / HIIT
• Yoga / Mobility / Stretch
• Low-Impact / Beginner-Friendly

Requirements
• Current group fitness certification (ACE, AFAA, NASM, etc.)
• Experience teaching live virtual classes preferred
• Reliable internet connection and quality audio/video setup
• Professional, engaging on-camera presence
• Ability to provide modifications for multiple fitness levels
