As a Subcontracts Administrator Associate, you will support the subcontract life cycle and assist in the negotiation and administration of various agreements to help optimize business strategies.


Responsibilities

  • Assists in the negotiation and administration of assigned NDAs, TAs, subcontracts, purchase orders, and other related agreements
  • Assists in preparation of subcontract solicitations
  • Participates in the evaluation of subcontractor proposals for adherence to company and client requirements
  • Participates in the review and coordination of approval of terms, conditions, and legal sufficiency of all subcontract documents
  • Participates in negotiating and drafting subcontract modifications
  • Prepares status reports and briefs management on issues or problems
  • Assists management and subcontract personnel in preparing procedural changes
  • Assists management and subcontract personnel in the resolution of subcontract-related problems
  • Develops current knowledge of relevant subcontract procedures and practices
  • Participates in special projects as required

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1+ years of related experience in contracts administration or corporate environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective administrative and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to operate and negotiate independently
  • Problem solving skills
