This is not a traditional coordinator role. It is an opportunity to become a trusted partner to executive leadership, helping drive strategic initiatives, sales pipeline growth, marketing campaigns, and cross-functional projects that impact the future of our business.

This role provides a unique opportunity to work directly with the CEO and CSO, supporting and advancing critical business opportunities from initial discussion through execution. You will partner closely with both executives to track opportunities, coordinate next steps, maintain momentum, and ensure that every commitment and follow-up is completed with precision and urgency. You will gain firsthand exposure to how an owner and founder evaluates opportunities, builds relationships, makes decisions, and drives the growth of the business.

Engagement Type: Remote - Contractor

Location: Latin American countries within the Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Partner directly with the CEO and CSO to plan, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives

Coordinate and manage multiple concurrent projects, with a strong focus on sales and marketing initiatives

Support pipeline development efforts, including lead generation campaigns and outbound strategies

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive alignment on go-to-market initiatives

Track progress of key projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met

Maintain and optimize workflows within Salesforce CRM and Apollo.io (Apollo AI) to support sales and marketing activities

Analyze performance metrics across campaigns and pipeline initiatives, providing actionable insights

Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations

Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency across cross-functional teams

Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

3–5+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles, with hands-on exposure to campaigns, lead generation, or pipeline management

English C1–C2 Advanced Proficiency required.

Strong experience using Apollo.io (Apollo AI) and Salesforce CRM.

Must have experience and skills in AI tools and technology

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Experience working closely with senior leadership or executive teams

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with superior follow-up and follow-through on projects or requests for information

Must be an expert in Microsoft Office, including Excel & PowerPoint, Google Suite, and SharePoint.
