Position Overview
The Strategic Business Analysis Manager will serve as a lead subject matter expert and process owner within our newly established FP&A Functions Center. - Spend Request Review and Presentation: Organize, review, and present spend requests to a distinguished panel comprised of Finance leadership. You will be responsible for ensuring all submissions are thoroughly vetted, financially sound, and aligned with organizational priorities.
- Executive Communication: Prepare comprehensive leadership responses and presentations to explain spending requests, financial justifications, and strategic recommendations. Your ability to communicate complex financial concepts with clarity and persuasion will be essential.
- Data Systems Mastery: Explore and become proficient in internal data systems to develop a confident mastery of spend baselines, budget allocations, and financial forecasting models. You will leverage these systems to extract meaningful insights and drive data-informed decision-making.
