Sr. UKG System Analyst(Remote for Texas Candidates)

Hiring: Sr. UKG System Analyst (WFM)

Dallas, TX Remote (Only once or twice onsite visit monthly)

Contract-to-Hire (6 months)

$70-75/hr | Up to $130K conversion salary(Perm)

We’re looking for a Senior UKG System Analyst with strong hands-on experience in UKG Workforce Management (WFM) to support and optimize timekeeping, attendance, and scheduling systems.

What You’ll Do
• Manage and support UKG WFM modules (Timekeeping, Attendance, Scheduling)
• Configure pay rules, accruals, and attendance policies
• Build and maintain advanced scheduling (rotations, coverage, patterns)
• Support and troubleshoot timeclock hardware
• Perform SQL-based data validation, reporting, and troubleshooting
• Monitor and support system integrations (Boomi or similar)
• Partner with business teams to translate requirements into system solutions
• Train users and support system enhancements

✅ What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of UKG WFM experience (hands-on configuration required)
• Strong experience with:
• Timekeeping & Attendance (Points)
• Advanced Scheduling
• Timeclock support
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Experience with Geofencing, UKG EZCall/Dell, or Boomi integrations
• Background in payroll/workforce operations
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)

Important Notes
• Must be based in Dallas/Ft. Worth or open to relocating
• Hybrid role (onsite ~once per month + as needed for clock support)
