As a Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst, you'll work within the Revenue Operations team to help manage Stack Overflow’s data quality and sales input information. The successful candidate will have a record of critical thinking, data analysis, and have a strong interest in learning new skills and tools. This role will collaborate closely with our sales team and senior leadership to ensure data hygiene.

What you’ll do:

Support the organization in managing data integrity

Collaborate with sales users to verify data inputs and troubleshoot errors

Work within the Revenue Operations team to improve processes throughout the organization

Analyze data to find inaccuracies and identify trends

Manage new and existing sales tools to improve adoption for users

Candidates will find success in this role if:

What you’ll need to have:

3+ year of relevant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related role

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

Experience with Salesforce (reports, dashboards, troubleshooting)

Proficient with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, analysis)

Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills

Interest in software and learning new tools

Experience managing multiple priorities and deliver on deadlines

Teamwork oriented, highly collaborative and excellent communication

Nice to have:

Experience with Outreach, Gong, SQL, and forecasting

Experience in sales, technology, finance, or related fields

Familiarity and excitement about Stack Overflow

The base salary for this position is up to $100k + annual bonus and outstanding benefits (listed below)
