As the Sr. Marketing Manager, you will drive growth for Business Outfitters and School Uniforms through development and execution of multi-channel marketing to support retention, reactivation and acquisition.



  • Develop and manage a targeted contact strategy across all marketing channels to maximize retention rate and demand per account while maintaining an acceptable advertising expense ratio for LEO active 24 month accounts.

  • Develop and manage a targeted contact strategy across all marketing channels to maximize reactivation rate at a profit for LEO lapsed accounts (25 -60 months recency).

  • Develop and manage marketing strategy across all channels to meet LEO new account acquisition goals (# of accounts, cost per account) in order to drive SMB growth.

  • Provide marketing tactical and strategic support to all LEO Sales teams.

  • Primary driver of LESU marketing strategy and implementation across all channels.

  • Marketing lead working with Creative team and Corporate Brand team to integrate brand awareness and PR into our marketing plans for LEO.

  • Develop and summarize market research activities for customer/prospect insights, competitive information and general marketplace trends that lead to actions.

  • Develop and execute promotion strategy across all channels & segments.

  • Business manager for all digital channels which includes marketing direction to the ecommerce team and digital vendors.

  • From a marketing perspective, manage all event-marketing initiatives such as tradeshows and sponsorships.

  • Lead marketing manager in working with Merchandise and Creative for content development and customer segment experience.



Skills & Qualifications



  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in B2B and/or omnichannel marketing, including demonstrated people leadership and ownership of complex initiatives.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute integrated, multi‑channel marketing strategies that drive measurable business results.

  • Strong expertise across demand generation, content marketing, digital marketing, and brand building.

  • Experience leading and developing teams, managing performance, resources, and stakeholder expectations in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Deep understanding of omnichannel retail and B2B buyer behavior, including lead generation, sales enablement, and customer retention.

  • Data‑driven marketer with experience analyzing and optimizing performance using dashboards, KPIs, and advanced analytics.

  • Proficiency with marketing technology and digital platforms, including marketing automation tools, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Google Analytics, paid media platforms (e.g., Meta Ads), and reporting tools.

  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, paired with a creative mindset.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional partners and senior leaders.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.
