We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner to join Patsnap and support our North America region, including both our Toronto office and USbased remote employees.
In this role, you will act as the primary HR partner across North America, working closely with leaders to drive people strategy, support organizational effectiveness, and ensure a strong employee experience. This role carries a particular focus on employee relations, compliance, and providing hands-on HR support in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

Role Summary:
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career who wants hands-on experience across People Ops and Learning & Development.
This role is a 12-month maternity leave cover contract, supporting the team during a temporary leave of absence.
As an HR & LMS Coordinator, you’ll support everything from onboarding new hires to helping manage our learning platform (Docebo). You’ll be involved in the day-to-day operations that keep the team running smoothly and play a real part in shaping employee experience in our Toronto office and across North America.

The annual base salary for this role is $95,000 - $125,000 USD.
