Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. 4+ years of statistical analysis or 2+ years of related IT experience, including data warehouse, coding or ETL experience. Healthcare experience preferred. Experience managing projects or heavy involvement in project implementation.

Data Governance:

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. 4+ years of data analysis or 2+ years of related IT experience, including data warehouse. Healthcare experience preferred. Experience managing projects or heavy involvement in project implementation.

HRIS

Experience with Data Analysis and Processing.

Experience with Advanced SQL, SSIS, SSRS.

Experience with scheduling tools such as Active Batch, Control M.

Experience with Other: diagnosing system issues, engaging in data validation, and providing quality assurance testing

Experience with Data Manipulation; Data Mining

Experience working in a production cloud infrastructure

Experience with one or more of the following C# (Programming Language); Java (Programming Language); Programming Concepts; Programming Tools; Python (Programming Language); SQL (Programming Language)

Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Servers; SQL (Programming Language)

Experience working with provider data is desired

High performer in this roll will demonstrate a high degree of communication skills, a high level of accuracy and attention to details, even under pressure. Must also have he ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
