Spanish Bilingual Generalist

Mercor is seeking **native Spanish speakers who live in Latin America** for a short-term project with a leading AI lab. These candidates should have excellent written and verbal Spanish skills as well as intimate familiarity with Latin American culture.

## **Role Responsibilities**

• Synthesize personal expertise to write documentation to help train AI models.

• Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to refine documentation and perfect write-ups.

• Identify domain-specific local language and cultural nuances of different hobbies and day-to-day life.

• Provide linguistic or culturally relevant insights that help improve model behavior in Spanish contexts.

## **Ideal Candidates Should Have:**

• **Native-Level Proficiency**: Fluent in Spanish and strong English comprehension.

• **Educational Background**: Hold a Bachelor’s degree.

• **Analytical Abilities:** Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.

• **Nice to Haves**

• Experience with grading, instructional design, or rubric development is a plus.

• Familiarity with generative AI models or machine learning concepts is a bonus, but not required.
