Guide technical validations, workshops, and proof-of-value engagements

Review schedules and project data provided by prospects and use them to frame meaningful technical conversations

Help prospects understand how ALICE supports schedule optimization, scenario evaluation, and planning decision-making

Translate technical findings into business value for both practitioners and executive stakeholders

Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success when needed

Capture field feedback and recurring product needs to help improve internal messaging and product direction

Help refine demo environments, technical assets, and repeatable SE best practices

Support internal enablement by helping AEs improve their technical fluency and demo confidence
