  • Diagnose performance alerts related to solar systems during their first 30 days and take appropriate troubleshooting actions
  • Support escalated cases and work internally to drive them to resolution
  • Learn, execute, and help implement improvements for existing and new processes
  • Work collaboratively with internal Residential Operations teams, including Portfolio Operations Managers, Field Service, Customer and Technical Support Teams, and Client Success Managers
  • This role is primarily internal-facing, with occasional interactions with external customers, clients and manufacturersWho you are
  • Highly responsive and organized
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Takes ownership of resolving issues to completion
  • Works autonomously with minimal oversight
  • Comfortable working with large data setsExperience for Associate role
  • High Priority
  • 6 months+ of solar industry experience or 2 years of IT or troubleshooting experience
  • Must be respectful and possess stellar communication skills
  • Preferred but not required
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with different departments
  • CRM experience such as Zendesk or Salesforce Service CloudExperience for Specialist role
  • High Priority Associate level, plus:
  • 2 years of solar technical experience and deep knowledge of solar components
  • Track record of identifying opportunities to improve processes
  • Track record of working cross-functionally with different departments
  • Preferred but not required
  • CRM experience such as Zendesk or Salesforce Service CloudWork-life at Omnidian
